WHAT'S NEW IN THE KITCHEN Harry Kodagoda has been Head Chef at The Fox for the past four years and
now has a new role as Director of Food where he will have responsibilities for
our other establishments – The White Horse and the Jolly Sailors at Brancaster
Staithe as well as keeping his finger on the pulse at The Fox. Chris ‘Fergie’ Jones will be taking over as Head Chef and Kumour Uddin
as Sous Chef. Both have been working at The Fox for a number of years and fully
deserve their chance to take the kitchen forward. Congratulations and Good Luck
to you all with your new responsibilities we look forward to experiencing the
‘fruits of your menu’. An
