Harry scoops Best Fish & Chips in Britain Award

PubChef has awarded Harry Kodagoda, Head Chef at The Fox at Willian an award for the best Fish & Chips in the country in the Great British Pub Food Awards 2010.

The competition was judged in London and was narrowed down to three finalists. After an initial ‘paper judging’ Harry competed in a nail-biting ‘cook off’ where he had to prepare his ‘fish & chips’ and also create a dish from a mystery box of ingredients to impress the panel of top food critics.

Well done Harry, we knew you were the best.
