The food at The Fox is all about the quality ingredients used in the creation of the menu by Chris Jones, Head Chef, and his team. The team are passionate about creating great dishes from produce grown or reared on the doorstep and with an abundance of producers nearby ingredients are sourced locally where possible.

The Fox has recently been awarded the title of Hertfordshire's Dining Pub of the Year 2011 by the Good Pub Guide.
