Roast confit of pork belly with honey roasted parsnip mash, carrot and
orange puree and baby onion jus

Char grilled marinated lamb chops with caraway greens, garlic and rosemary
parmentier potatoes and port and mint syrup

Roasted crown of partridge wrapped in bacon served with a savory bread and butter
pudding and a sweet sultana sauce

Char grilled Rib eye steak, hand cut chips, dressed leaves, mushroom and
