Join us for our special wine dinner with Lethbridge Winery. Hosted by Lethbridge Winery’s Head Winemaker, Dr Ray Nadeson, the evening promises to deliver a selection of fantastic red wines with a menu, developed by Head Chef Josh Stoke, to match.

Ray came to the wine industry from academic/research backgrounds in Neuroscience and Chemistry. His passion for wine led them to pursue an alternate pathway culminating in the establishment of Lethbridge Wines in 1996.

Ray has worked ‘hands on’ across all aspects of the business, including viticulture, winemaking, sales, marketing, export etc. Ray employing his creativity and his exceptional palate as Head Winemaker.

After more than 25 years producing exceptional wine, Lethbridge Wines has achieved a stellar reputation, both within Australia and internationally, with their wines being poured in many of the world’s best restaurants.
